Investigating

We would like to inform you that technical irregularities occurred during the payout runs on Monday, April 20th. As a result, some payouts in CHF and USD could not be successfully processed. We are currently in close contact with our payout partner to clarify the exact reasons for this delay and to ensure that the outstanding payments are processed as quickly as possible.
