Resolved: We experienced a period of degraded performance affecting our PSP Adapter (External) payments for Payrexx white-label platforms.

Following a patch release, this component began failing to process payments correctly.

The issue started at 11:34 UTC and was detected by our team after approximately 15 minutes. We immediately implemented and deployed a fix, which successfully restored full functionality by 12:33 UTC.

All affected services are now operating normally. We apologize for the disruption and are conducting an internal review to prevent recurrence.
