Partial Payment Outage (TWINT, VR Payment)

From 6:30 UTC to 7:20 UTC we had an outage which caused deferred payment processing for several payment methods.
Payment pages of some payment adapters (e.g. TWINT, WIR Pay and VR Payment) could not be loaded.
All other tools and services were operational.

The reason for this partial service interruption was an issue during the renewal of an SSL certificate which ensures a secure connection to the Payrexx platform.
